Multiple Time Options

We host a variety of Minis towards the end of the year, part of that is offering a selection of timeslots that they can select from on any given day. Being able to customize the booking form, or offering a different themed booking form based on the session type (much like the contracts) would help a lot. I currently have to do it manually or via another service.
