Wedding Phonography | Package One

Wedding Phonography via Shared Album

8 hours of coverage
Coverage from halfway through "getting ready" to roughly 30 mins into the dance floor opening up. (11am-7pm time estimates)

Shared album between us and anyone you would like to add where I will continuously upload photos throughout the day & night and into the next morning for you to enjoy and rewatch the next very next day. If you don't have an iPhone, we can figure out another method via Dropbox, Google Drive, or another service.

Averaging 50-80 photos & 30-80 videos

2 silent recap Reels (for you to add music of your choice when posting) OR posting using the "Collaborator" feature on Instagram and I will curate, splice, edit, and post the Reel and add you as a collaborator so that it will post on your page as well. Reels turn around time run roughly 2 days to 2 weeks. I do my best to have them done as quickly as possible without risking the loss of any quality.

Wedding Phonography | Package Two

Wedding Phonography and Content Creation

10 hours of coverage
Coverage from halfway through "getting ready" to roughly partway through the dance party portion of the evening. (10am-8pm time estimates)

Shared album between us and anyone you would like to add where I will continuously upload photos throughout the day & night and into the next morning for you to enjoy and rewatch the next very next day. If you don't have an iPhone, we can figure out another method via Dropbox, Google Drive, or another service.

Averaging 80-100 photos & 40-100 videos

Minimum of 2 creative/trendy Reels with footage we'll shoot during your set aside creative content time. Please let your photographer and videographer know that you will need to set aside specific time for this, estimate 15 minutes per Reel.

The Day of Coordination:
Your wedding day is the best day of your life, but it is also one of the most stressful and it flies by faster than any day you've ever lived! Having a coordinator the day of your wedding can be lifesaving so you'll never have to catch and redirect those curveballs that are sure to be thrown at you. That's where I come in! As a recent bride myself, I know exactly all the little details that will need to be tended to in order for your day to be memorable for all the right reasons.

What you can expect from me:

Preparation:
2 in person or phone calls to discuss your hired vendors and your vision for the day.
  • Unlimited email contact.
  • Planning questionnaire, ceremony planner, and decoration worksheet.
  • Tons of tips and a vendor recommendation list.
  • Create customized timeline for your wedding day.
  • Develop wedding day itinerary for vendors and anyone assisting.

Rehearsal & Day Before:
1 hour of rehearsal management and organization at your venue.
Organize and direct set up including decorations, place cards, programs, guest book, license, and rings.
Double check the conditions of the venue contract are met.

Wedding Day:
  • Up to 10 hours of onsite coordination the day of the wedding.
  • Greet and direct vendors.
  • Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding party.
  • Coordinate ceremony and reception activities.
  • Assist bride, groom, and wedding party.
  • Troubleshoot and find solutions when needed.
  • Organize guests for bride and grooms departure.
  • Organize and direct clean up.
